Q | Is there a recommended settings for the diffuser? |
A | Start with 20 seconds working (W) and 200 seconds pausing (P). You can go up or down from there depending on your preference. |
Q | Do I need to install the diffuser in a cool area? |
A | It is recommended that you install the diffuser in a cool area. WIth hot tempature the fragrances will begin to seperate and you won’t be able to use them anymore. The only option would be to mount the diffuser in the room below the HVAC and install a longer tube through the ceiling into the HVAC. |
Q | How big of a hole do I need to make for the hose? |
A | The hose is 3/8 hose. When you drill the hole in the outflow airduct, make sure you use silicon to plug up any air gaps. |
Q | Can I damage my AC unit when installing the diffuser? |
A | The cold air diffusion process turns the aroma oils into a dry mist and therefore does not leave any oil residue in duct work, on furniture, artwork or on equipment. Furthermore, when being installed in the HVAC system, the point of entry is always after the air handler. |
Q | What service or maintenance is required? |
A | There is no service or maintenance needed for the HVAC units. Only requirement is to change the fragrance canister once empty. |
Q | How long will the oils last? |
A | If you run your diffuser for 8 hours a day, it can last anywhere between 1 to 2 months for a 120ml bottle. |
Q | Does my AC need to be on in order for the air to spread the oil scent through out my home? |
A | In order for the system to work the fan must be on. During cool weather turn the fan of your central air conditioner to the ON position (as opposed to AUTO) to ensure the fragrance continues to circulate throughout your home. |
